Parade Registration

Rules & Regulations:

1. Email completed registration forms to agassizfallfair@gmail.com.

2. Parade participants must purchase Fair admission. Adult–$5; age 0-11–FREE.

3. Check in at Parade Registration table at the Agassiz Secondary School Oval upon arrival on Saturday, September 13, 2025. ALL ENTRIES MUST REGISTER.

4. Marshaling begins at 9am; all entries must be in position by 9:45am. Parade moves off at 10:00am sharp. The parade will move east on Cheam Ave., turn north onto Park St., west onto Pioneer Ave. (crossing BC-9 S south of the CPR railroad crossing) and continue west along Pioneer Ave. to the fairgrounds.

5. For safety and insurance purposes, throwing of anything (candy, brochures, etc.) is not allowed. Such items may only be handed directly to spectators.

6. All children must have adult supervision.

7. All motorized vehicles must be insured.

8. All parade units are to complete the entire parade route.

List of winning entries will be posted at the Corn Bank in the Agricultural Hall on Fair Day.
